This day wasn’t super active because this day I’m back from Pingyao and I don’t have time to explore town but I got an invitation to join my friends for dinner and try
I don’t write more about it because it was very delicious. This dish gave us the opportunity to cook something with friends and talk a little.

What it is Hot pot?
You can ask me what it is this Hot Pot? It is cooking together soup with ingredients what we ordered to our soup.
- We select soup type – we can select for example 2 type of base to our soup and our pot will be divided into half as we ordered,
- We select ingredients what we want add to our soup,
- We go to the sauce table to compose our sauce,
- We order something to drink for example beer 🙂
- Cook and have fun!
I recommend trying this but this is not for one person dish, better go there with a few people.
Rest of the evening we spend in local bars near Dongzhimen metro station.
